Creating your speech from passion to platform

The process will take a minimum of 12 weeks depending on the time you are able to invest in the information gathering process. You will need to be prepared for a number of meetings and, perhaps, some 'homework'.

An exploratory meeting (1 hour – free of charge) to make sure you’re comfortable working with us; extended into the first research session (another hour) if we’re happy with each other.
A subsequent meeting (2 hours) to gather information for the key points and your biographic details.
Meeting three (3 hours) will review the structure, discuss your opening and involve you in some serious story telling! You’ll also be looking at the message that you want to leave your audience.
You’ll get a draft of your presentation, based on a 40 minute keynote, before the fourth meeting (which will cover 6 hours in three two hour sessions) and you’ll be recording your presentation to help you to learn it. Getting feedback on the effectiveness of the content, then learning the platform positioning and gestures that will work with each part of the message.
Subsequent versions of your presentation aimed at a 15-20 minute presentation and a 30 minute presentation will also be created delivering the same message in a more concise presentation, ensuring you retain the key points and the power of your message.
Three further sessions of two hours each with a professional high level presentation coach will hone your delivery to a level that will ensure you get superb feedback and are asked back and referred on to other organisations.

If you are wondering what the investment is going to be – this is very time intensive with top level experts – so it’s not going to be cheap! However, the door to future earnings will be opened that will make this a drop in the ocean.
