What does your customer want to know?
When people receive marketing material most of it goes into the bin.  Is that where YOUR material ends up?  Do you know exactly what that potential customer is looking for?

When visitors arrive at your website does it tell them that they have arrived at the right place?  Can they see that they are going to get their problems solved right away?

When they read your message how easy is it for them to read?  Clever designs and layouts often make reading much harder - and the reader turns the page, puts the material in the bin or 'clicks' off somewhere else.

You can get YOUR message across effectively

You can have a website that keeps the surfer much longer than the average - which is just 4 seconds!
Your flyers can intrigue and encourage action.  The money you spend on expensive printing will not end up in the bin!
The brochures you have spent so much time, money and effort to create will be easy to read and help the reader to make decisions.
If you want to create long standing relationships nothing works so well as a regular newsletter.  It creates added value and, even if an organisation has not worked with you before, they will get to know you.  This means that they feel comfortable in working with you when they need the services you offer.

There is so much you can do to promote your business at low cost - if only your written material works!  How do you get it right?

Testimonials

Lesley has been incredibly honest, supportive and has helped me to actually finish a project that has been a long time in the making. Her skills in reducing the number of words and in helping me to express more succinctly what I have to say I am sure would help anyone who wants their words to have the greatest impact so the message can be clearly heard.
