What do you want to know?

If your question isn't answered here, please send us an email.  We undertake to respond within 48 hours.

Q:  What guarantee have I got that Inside News will provide a good quality service?
A.  Apart from the testimonials we undertake to provide a sample of the proposed work if requested.  For example, we will create the home page of your website before you are committed to anything.  Just ask for the 'Pilot' service.

Q:  I just have a small piece of work that needs doing?  What is the minimum rate?
A.  We work on an hourly rate of £75 per hour - the smallest job we charge for is half an hour!

Q:  We've got a big project that will take several days to complete - can we negotiate?
A.  Yes, let's talk about it!

Q:  Do we have to do anything before you can start work?
A.  Yes, we need to discuss what you are trying to achieve to ensure our work is on target.  We'll work with you to develop the 'raw' material we need to get things moving in the right direction.

Q:  Do we have to meet?
A.  That would be the ideal situation, however, we have many clients that we work remotely with via telephone, VOIP and email.

Q:  If we have an electronic newsletter how does it get sent out?
A.  We can create it for you to send out or we can host your list and send it out on your behalf.  There will be a small administrative charge to manage your list (initial input and ongoing updating).

Q:  If I buy via an ebook via PayPal how do I get the book?
A.  As soon as the payment is approved the pdf file will be emailed to you.  You can then choose to read it on screen or print it off.

Q:  If I register for a teleclass how do I 'go' to the class?
A.  Once your registration has been received and payment cleared you will receive an email acknowledgement which will include the number to call, the cost of the call and how to access the right 'room' to join the class.

Testimonials

I worked closely with Lesley during the development of educational material for the Professional Speakers Association (for whom I am an Assessor). I found her work to be insightful, fluent and accurate. Lesley is also editor of a professional magazine and those who have worked with her can clearly see how she has influenced its progress.
